Milenst BV values your privacy and processes personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy applies to the website milenst.be.

2. What data do we process?
- Contact form: your name, your email address, your company if you fill it in, and your message.
- Technical data: your IP address and the time of your visit are temporarily stored in the server logs, as with any website.
- Fonts: the fonts on this site are loaded through Google Fonts. To do so, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address.
This website does not set cookies.
3. What do we use it for?
To answer your question and, if you ask for it, to tell you more about our products and our consultancy. We do not use your data for purposes that are incompatible with this, and we do not send newsletters without your consent.
4. Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in responding to a question you ask us yourself, and the steps taken at your request prior to a possible agreement.
5. Who do we share data with?
- Cloudflare: hosting and delivery of the website.
- Resend: email delivery of the message you send through the contact form.
- Google: delivery of the fonts (Google Fonts).
These service providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards the GDPR provides for this. We never sell your data to third parties.
6. How long do we keep it?
No longer than necessary. We keep messages from the contact form as long as there is a concrete follow-up or a customer relationship. After that, we delete them. You can always ask us to delete your data sooner.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We reply within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: dataprotectionauthority.be.
8. Our products
Each Milenst product has its own website with its own privacy policy. This policy only covers milenst.be.
